To prospective homebuyers and sellers in the highly competitive Northern Virginia market, Jeremy Dalpiaz is the agent many have turned to as a trusted advisor. He has a keen knowledge of the market, strong and acute negotiation skills and an excellent reputation amongst other agents and previous clients. Jeremy’s passion for real estate, conversation, travel and local wineries and restaurants, combined with his professional experience as a former federal lobbyist, provides him the ability to listen and anticipate client needs and effectively advocate on their behalf.
Jeremy has lived in the Northern Virginia area since 2004, relocating from his home state of Michigan to pursue employment and a graduate degree. He has lived in Washington, D.C., Alexandria, Arlington, Falls Church and now Loudoun County – he knows the area well!
He has always been keenly interested in real estate and turned his interest into a profession in 2014. Since that time, he has worked with buyers, sellers and investors. He especially enjoys working with first-time homebuyers as they navigate the home-buying process. His background as a former Hill staffer and federal lobbyist in the financial sector provides skills his clients have come to love – his ability to clarify complex and confusing processes, walking clients through a process, one day at a time, intensely negotiating on behalf of his client’s interests and his ability to develop and foster relationships.
Jeremy attended Michigan State University and holds a B.A. in Political
Theory. He also earned a Master of Public Policy in national security policy from George Mason University. He enjoys golfing, discussing public policy, cooking, local wineries and restaurants and conversation. He is active in his community as president of his community association.
